“Dinner Incredible Thailand 2025” took take place on June 25, 2025, at Stock.Room restaurant, located on the 5th floor of Kimpton Maa-Lai Hotel, Bangkok. This exclusive event unites talented chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants to craft a unique dinner featuring local Thai ingredients infused with global culinary artistry. The event aims to create new taste experiences, champion local produce, and foster connections among chefs and key players in the culinary community. It brings together 15 world-class chefs holding a total of 21 Michelin stars, including Bruno Menard, a three-Michelin-star chef from France; Alvin Leung, a three-Michelin-star chef from Hong Kong; Thierry Voisin, a three-Michelin-star chef from France; Ebbe Vollmer, a two-Michelin-star chef from Sweden; Dalia Florence, a two-Michelin-star chef from France; Arnaud Dunand, a two-Michelin-star chef from France; Andy Yang, a one-Michelin-star chef from Thailand; Tim Golsteijn, a one-Michelin-star chef from the Netherlands; Pradinan Arkarachinores, a one-Michelin-star chef from Thailand; Henk Savelberg, a one-Michelin-star chef from the Netherlands; and Deepanker Khosla, a one-Michelin-star chef (also awarded a Michelin Green Star) from India. The lineup also features other renowned chefs, including Alessandro Frau, owner of Thailand’s Best Italian Restaurant 2025; Michael Bao, Iron Chef Vietnam; Naree Boonyakiat, Best Female Influencer Chef Asia 2025; and Giorgio Diana, Chef of the Year 2023, ranked #31 on Italy’s 50 Top list and founder of DINNER INCREDIBLE.
The team of 15 world-class chefs has crafted a special 15-course menu, showcasing meticulously selected local ingredients—including 6ty Degrees mineral water, a world-class natural mineral water sourced from one of Thailand’s most pristine UNESCO Biosphere Reserves. Rich in natural minerals, this premium water enhances the depth and nuance of each dish. Guests will embark on a refined culinary journey through a meticulously crafted menu inspired by the rich heritage of Thai culture, where each course is an incredible blend of sight, taste, aroma, and texture, transforming every plate into a work of edible art.
Bruno Menard, a three-Michelin-starred chef from France, shared, “Dinner Incredible brings us together to celebrate the very best that Thailand has to offer, especially its extraordinary local ingredients. For this special menu, I chose to work with kaffir lime, curry paste, and coconut milk, as these ingredients are distinctive and carry rich, layered flavors that beautifully capture the charm of Thai cuisine.”
Thierry Voisin, another three-Michelin-starred chef from France, described his experience at “Dinner Incredible Thailand 2025” as truly phenomenal. He said, “The atmosphere at this dinner was something very special—it’s hard to put into words. Having 15 chefs from around the world come together, with everything falling perfectly into place, created truly incredible energy. You could feel that we were a good team. It felt like one big family, and that’s thanks to Chef Giorgio Diana, the founder of Dinner Incredible, who brought all of us, including 6ty Degrees and every sponsor, on this remarkable journey.”
Andy Yang, a one-Michelin-starred chef from Thailand, shared his enthusiasm about being part of the event: “I’m truly impressed to be part of Dinner Incredible, an event that not only brings together chefs from diverse backgrounds but also promotes the use of fresh, local Thai ingredients. Dinner Incredible was founded in 2020 by Chef Giorgio Diana with the goal of creating a platform for cultural and culinary exchange among chefs from around the world. Guided by the concept “Food Connecting People,” the initiative brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds through the universal language of food. Dinner Incredible was first held in Bangkok, Thailand, in 2022, before expanding to Italy and Saudi Arabia, creating culinary wonders in each location.
