A One-Night-Only Sake Pairing Experience at Mezzaluna by lebua

This bespoke dinner will showcase the innovative concept of assemblage, introduced to sake by Régis Camus—renowned for his expertise as an eight-time IWC Winemaker of the Year. The menu is meticulously crafted by Chef Ryuki Kawasaki, whose culinary philosophy harmoniously blends classic French technique with refined Japanese precision, reflecting the essence of Mezzaluna’s dining experience.
Guests will begin their evening with tray-passed canapés, accompanied by a sake cocktail crafted with Label 12 Regis Camus x Konishi, Junmai. The journey continues with six signature courses, each paired with a unique expression from the HeavenSake collection:
