Guests will embark on an exclusive tasting journey with Chef Pepe Jiménez of Luma, Bangkok, and Chef Maksim Chukanov of L’Arôme by the Sea joining Sizzle Chef De Cuisine Álvaro Puerta.

The curated menu showcases a refined interplay of bold Mediterranean and Spanish flavours alongside the elegance and precision of French fine dining, each dish highlighting the chefs’ distinctive styles while celebrating Thailand’s vibrant gastronomic scene.
