Populus is the first carbon-positive hotel in the United States, redefining urban hospitality through sustainable design and biophilic architecture.

Developed by Urban Villages and designed by Studio Gang, the 265-room hotel draws inspiration from Colorado’s aspen trees, with its sculptural “aspen-eye” windows framing views of the city and mountains. Interiors feature natural materials, original artwork, and seasonal cuisine, while the rooftop bar and event spaces offer panoramic vistas of downtown Denver and the Rockies.
